5 things I would look for in an employee

Well I'm just going to make this really easy, list time!

1. Experience!
2. Have to be good at drawing
3. Can't be afraid of the tools
4. Good people skills
5. The way they pursuant themselves. I don't mean suits and stuff but just don't look like you got up and just walked to work.
